Young Kim

Founder and Chairman

Young J. Kim is a serial entrepreneur and the head of the TSB Group, a family of companies and fellow entrepreneurs in healthcare, media, property technology and AI. He runs the group on a principle he calls the TSB advantage: each company benefits from the strategies, capital, teams and infrastructure that have already worked elsewhere in the group, giving it a competitive edge it could not have on its own.

Young is the Founder and Chair of TSB Healthcare. He sets the company’s direction, oversees governance and major decisions, and works closely with the CEO and leadership team. His goal is simple: make trusted healthcare technology easily accessible to everyone.

Edward Ratnarajah

Chief Executive Officer

Edward Ratnarajah is the CEO and Co-Founder of TSB Healthcare. He drives business development, strategic alliances, investor relations, and administration, ensuring all commercial operations remain strictly aligned with the company’s mission and vision. A results-driven leader, Ed is focused on turning strategy into measurable outcomes.

Ed has spent more than 35 years in healthcare, leading and growing organizations across the public and private sectors. He brings deep expertise in operations, strategy, and the effective use of digital technology. He co-founded TSB Healthcare because he believes technology can drive efficiency, growth, and innovation in healthcare and beyond.

Committed to his community, Ed sits on the Board of Directors of the Richmond Hospital Foundation and is a past Board Director of the Greater Vancouver Food Bank.

John Kang

Chief Technology Officer

John Kang is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of TSB Healthcare, where he leads the team behind Lab Online Booking, TSB’s outpatient lab booking and patient flow platform. A UBC Computer Engineering graduate with more than 15 years in web development, he has grown the platform across Vancouver Coastal Health, Fraser Health, Interior Health and the Provincial Health Services Authority.

Kevin Lee, CPA, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Lee is the Chief Financial Officer at TSB Healthcare, where he oversees finance, strategic planning, and business development with the executive team. As a person who values deep relationships, he strives to establish long-term collaborative connections with all stakeholders.

Kevin’s career spans over 16 years of leadership in both industry and public practice capacities, guiding organizations and management through rapid stages of growth, integration, and exit. He has a B.Sc. (Biology) from the University of British Columbia and is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).
