Labs & Clinics Utilizing LOB
Across British Columbia (out of ~169 in the province) are running LOB for patient bookings. This cross-authority presence includes major hospital outpatient labs and community collection clinics in multiple health regions.
Patients Served
To book their lab tests as of 2025. Importantly, this represents tremendous growth from just ~40,000 patients in 2020 to nearly 740k by 2024 – illustrating how rapidly patients have embraced the service.
Appointments Booked
Have been booked through LOB to date, with current volumes averaging about 2,400 appointments per day. Annual bookings continue to accelerate; 2025 saw over 35,000 appointments at Providence Health alone (a 32% jump from the prior year).

On a busy day, LOB handles roughly 2,400+ bookings – a testament to its stability and capacity to manage province-wide demand.
